1. Shipping Methods:
We offer local and international shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on your location.
UAE orders: Shipped via Quiqup.
International orders: Shipped via DHL Express.
2. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for local and international orders will be calculated based on the weight of your order, as well as your shipping address. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process.
3. Shipping Times:
Delivery times for local and international orders may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- UAE next-day delivery window is between 9am to 10pm. Next day delivery applies to orders placed before 10pm.
- International delivery takes 2-6 business days based on the location. Delivery window is between 9am to 5pm.
- Delivery attempts are not applicable on Fridays in Islamic countries, Saturdays & Sundays in Western countries or on Public Holidays of the destination country.

- Dutiable shipments can be extended as a result of delays in customs clearance.
